Henderson, Ky.-based Methodist Health named Linda White CEO, effective Oct. 1, according to a Courier & Press report.
Ms. White previously served as president and CEO of Evansville, Ind.-based Deaconess Health System, leading the health system for 15 years before stepping down from the role in 2017. Her new appointment comes one year after Methodist Health affiliated with Deaconess Health System.
Ms. White began her healthcare career at Deaconness, and she has served in several leadership roles at the health system, including as COO and president of Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
She replaces Benny Nolen, who will become assistant CEO of Methodist Health and CEO of Methodist Health Union County in Morganfield, Ky.
