Cincinnati-based Mercy Health named the Rev. Joseph Cardone senior vice president of mission and values integration and chief mission officer, effective Nov. 1.
Here are three points:
1. Mr. Cardone currently serves as vice president of mission and values integration for Mercy Health-St. Vincent Medical Center and Mercy Health-Children's Hospital, both based in Toledo.
2. He serves as the pastor for Our Lady of Lourdes Parish within the Diocese of Toledo.
3. He has been part of Mercy Health's ministry for 17 years.
