MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center in Laguna Hills, Calif., appointed Ryan Olsen COO.
Here are four notes:
1. Most recently, Mr. Olsen served as senior vice president and COO at Cedars-Sinai's Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles.
2. His prior experience includes serving as vice president of operations at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, Calif., and a chief administrative officer at UC Irvine Health in Orange, Calif.
3. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
4. Mr. Olsen succeeds Cheryl Jacob, who retired in January.
