Memorial Hospital of Converse County in Douglas, Wyo., selected Karl Hertz to serve as interim CEO, effective May 22.
Three things to know:
1. Mr. Hertz has served as assistant administrator of the hospital since 2012.
2. He joined the hospital in May 2011 as marketing and recruitment manager.
3. He replaces Ryan Smith, who is resigning for a new job opportunity.
