Medford, Mass.-based MelroseWakefield Healthcare appointed Susan Sandberg, RN, as its new CEO, effective Aug. 20.

1. Most recently, Ms. Sandberg was COO of UNC Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, N.C.
2. She was previously regional COO at Indianapolis-based Community Health Network.
3. She holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.
