Medical City Plano (Texas) hired Patrick Rohan to serve as COO.
Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Rohan previously worked at Hospital Corporation of America's Plantation (Fla.) General Hospital, where he served as COO and then interim CEO.
2. Prior to joining Planation General, he worked at several other Florida-based hospitals, including Kendall Regional Medical Center in Miami.
3. He completed his MBA degree at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
4. Medical City Plano is a 547-bed, acute care facility with more than 1,600 employees.
