1. Ms. Marcotte comes to McLaren Oakland from Detroit Medical Center, where she most recently served as vice president of financial planning and budget.
2. She also served as hospital financial controller and market director of patient care services budget and monitoring at DMC.
3. Ms. Marcotte holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
