David M. Zechman, president and CEO of McLaren Northern Michigan in Petoskey, plans to retire at the end of 2018.

1. Mr. Zechman assumed his current role at the 202-bed McLaren Northern Michigan in November 2013.
2. During his tenure, the hospital recruited new talent and began construction on a new facility, which is expected to be complete by 2022.
3. He previously served in leadership roles at healthcare organizations in Missouri, Kentucky, and Florida.
