Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Matrix Medical Network, a provider of in-home assessments and care management, has announced that Jean Callahan will join the company as senior vice president and chief human capital officer.
Ms. Callahan has more than two decades of experience leading talent functions for geographically dispersed and complex business units in consulting, financial services, technology and commercial real estate, according to Matrix.
Most recently, Ms. Callahan served as the director of human resources and talent acquisition at Arizona Public Service, a publically traded energy company with 6,500 employees.
Previously, Ms. Callahan also served as senior vice president of human capital at American Realty Capital Properties/Cole Real Estate Investments. She also served in human resources leadership roles at McLean, Va.-based Booz Allen Hamilton.
