Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis, Ill., selected Rick Goins to serve as permanent CEO, according to a Metropolis Planet report.
Here are three points:
1. Mr. Goins has been serving as interim CEO since Dec. 1, 2016.
2. Prior to that, he was COO of the hospital.
3. He holds a master's degree in health administration from Ohio State University in Columbus.
