Camden, N.J.-based Lourdes Health System has appointed Annmarie Horan, as its chief human resources officer.
Here are four things to know about Ms. Horan.
1. She joins Lourdes from Marlton, N.J.-based Virtua Health, where she was vice president of human resources.
2. During her tenure with Virtua, she also was assistant vice president of human resources as well as a director of human resources and talent management.
3. Ms. Horan also previously served as vice president of human resources at Moorestown (N.J.) Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice.
4. Her human resources experience includes employee training and development, recruitment and retention, benefits and compensation, coaching and employee/labor relations.
