Sayre, Pa.-based Guthrie named Lori Barnett, BSN, MSN, president and COO of Guthrie Troy (Pa.) Community Hospital, according to a Star Gazette report.

2. She has worked at Guthrie since 2004.
3. She initially served as an operating room nurse at Sayre-based Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital.
