1. Ms. Starr has more than 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including in leadership roles, such as CEO and COO.
2. She holds a master of healthcare administration degree from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta.
3. She takes over from John Harding, who was "dismissed by the board," according to an Elk Valley Times report.
