Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, Ariz., has named Blake Hubbard CEO effective Feb. 19.
Mr. Hubbard most recently served as regional vice president of Plano, Texas-based Legent Health, per his LinkedIn profile.
Valley View Medical Center is part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Health's Western division, according to a Feb. 19 news release from the hospital.
