Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health has tapped Shane Wells to serve as CFO of its Eastern Division and Dan Davis as CFO of its Mountain Division.
In his new role, Mr. Wells will lead financial operations for LifePoint Health hospitals in Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Virginia, including the 14 hospitals that comprise Duke LifePoint Healthcare.
Mr. Wells previously worked at Franklin, Tenn.-based Iasis Healthcare. While there, he served in several leadership roles, including operations controller and CFO of the organization's Eastern Division and Arizona Market. Before that, he was regional finance director for AnesthesiaCare in Dallas. A member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, he holds an MBA from Mississippi College in Clinton.
As CFO of the Mountain Division, Mr. Davis will oversee financial operations for hospitals in Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
Mr. Davis most recently served as a consultant/CFO within the North Texas Division of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare. He was previously managing director and CFO of Integris Health System in Oklahoma City. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and earned an MBA from Harding University in Searcy, Ark.
