Knoxville, Tenn.-based Tennova Healthcare selected Tammy White to serve as permanent CEO of Morristown, Tenn.-based Lakeway Regional Hospital, effective immediately.
Here are four things to know:
1. Ms. White became interim CEO of the facility earlier in the spring.
2. She has serves as the hospital's CFO since 2015. She will continue in this role along with her position as CEO. .
3. Ms. White has 10-plus years of healthcare management experience.
4. During her time at Lakeway Regional, she has helped improve key quality metrics and recruit new primary care providers and specialists.
