Covington, La.-based Lakeview Regional Medical Center appointed Jennifer Schmidt, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer.
Lakeview Regional Medical Center is a campus of New Orleans-based Tulane Medical Center. Both are a part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare.

1. Ms. Schmidt most recently served as associate CNO at Tulane Medical Center and the onsite nursing leader at Tulane Lakeside Hospital for Women and Children in Metairie, La.
2. Her previous roles at Tulane include serving as clinical supervisor of the pediatric intensive care unit and director of pediatrics.
3. She is a graduate of the HCA Executive Development Program.
