Osage Beach, Mo.-based Lake Regional Health System selected Harbaksh Sangha, MD, to serve as CMO.
Dr. Sangha, who assumed the role Aug. 1, was the medical director of the Lake Regional Medical Group and its intensive care unit. Board-certified in internal medicine, nephrology and critical care medicine, he joined the health system in 2018.
He previously cared for patients at Columbia-based University of Missouri Health Care.
Dr. Sangha chairs Lake Regional's Physician Leadership, Sub-Quality and Infection Control committees.
