Lafayette (La.) General Medical Center selected Al Patin, RN, to serve as senior vice president and COO, according to The Advocate.
Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Patin previously served as senior vice president and chief administrative officer of the Lafayette General Medical Doctors Physician Group. He will continue in this role on an interim basis.
2. He joined Lafayette General from Parish Management Consultants in Metairie, La., where he was regional vice president.
3. He holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
4. Mr. Patin succeeds Court LeMaistre, who left for a new opportunity.
