Kareo, a provider of clinical and business management software to independent medical practices, has hired Gregg Waldon as CFO.
Here are three things to know about Mr. Waldon.
1. He is an experienced CFO who has helped build and grow successful private and public software companies, according to a news release.
2. Before joining Kareo, Mr. Waldon was CFO at RedBrick Health, a venture-backed healthcare technology company that works with employers and payers on corporate health and wellness programs.
3. Mr. Waldon also previously worked at SoftBrands, a publicly-traded software company for the hospitality and manufacturing industries, at Stellent, a publicly traded software company in content management, and at GalaGen, a publicly traded bio-pharmaceutical firm.
