Janet Stacey has joined Minneapolis-based Fairview Health Services as president of Fairview Foundation.
Here are four things to know about Ms. Stacey.
1. In her new role, she will lead a 20-person foundation that builds philanthropic partnerships to support Fairview's mission "to heal, discover and educate for longer, healthier lives," the organization said.
2. Ms. Stacey joins Fairview with more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
3. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of healthcare for public relations firm PadillaCRT. Prior to that, she led her own healthcare marketing and public relations firm in Austin, Texas, among other leadership roles.
4. Ms. Stacey currently serves as president of the Women's Health Leadership TRUST board and board chairwoman for the Minneapolis-based University of Minnesota School of Nursing Foundation, in addition to several other community and board commitments in the Twin Cities.
