Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare dubbed Robert Allen senior vice president and COO, effective April 1.
Here are three things to know.
1. Currently, Mr. Allen serves as Intermountain's vice president of clinical and outreach services.
2. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Mr. Allen earned an MBA from Logan-based UtahStateUniversity.
3. In his new position, Mr. Allen will replace Laura Kaiser, who has taken the position of president and CEO of St. Louis-based SSM Health.
