Chip Holmes, CEO of Ticonderoga, N.Y.-based Inter-Lakes Health, is stepping down to take a position at Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health Services, according to a Press Republican report.
Mr. Holmes' last day at Inter-Lakes Health will be April 4.
