Matthew Cook has been named president of Indianapolis-based Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health.
Here are four things to know about Mr. Cook.
1. He begins his new role April 4.
2. In his new position, he will be responsible for executing the strategic vision and priorities for Riley, and will ensure the success of key projects, such as the development of a comprehensive maternity and newborn health specialty practice, according to IU Health COO Al Gatmaitan.
3. Mr. Cook joins Riley from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where he most recently served as executive vice president of strategic planning and business development.
4. He will take over for Paul Haut, MD, who served as interim president and will continue in his role as CMO of Riley.
