Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System has appointed Patricia L. Fischer, RN, as president 
and CEO of St. Francis Hospital, Litchfield, Ill., effective Aug. 18.
Ms. Fischer has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and currently serves as vice president, physician services, for Saint Anthony's Health Center in Alton, Ill.
