The Healthcare Financial Management Association has named Joseph Fifer, FHFMA, CPA, as president and CEO, effective June 2012.
Most recently, Mr. Fifer served as vice president of hospital finance at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Mich. He has also been a keynote speaker on healthcare finance and reform for multiple organizations including Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation and The Governance Institute.
