1. Mr. Pillion is leaving to serve as vice president of finance and controller for the Michigan Health & Hospital Association.
2. He has worked at Helen Newberry Joy Hospital for 21 years, joining in 1998.
3. He worked as CFO before becoming CEO of the hospital in 2010.
