Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Health Services Integration, a subsidiary of revenue cycle management company Syncordia Technologies and Healthcare Solutions, has hired Joanne Alvarado as HSI's director of RCM for the air division.
Here are three things to know about Ms. Alvarado.
1. She has 20 years of experience in collections and accounts receivables management with 12 of those years specifically in air medical transportation collections with HSI, according to a news release.
2. Specifically, she has expertise in workers' compensation and commercial insurance claims management.
3. During her year away from HSI, Ms. Alvarado consulted on air revenue cycle management, billing operations process improvement and resource management.
