Rockledge, Fla.-based Health First, an integrated delivery network in Central Florida, has selected Alex Popowycz as senior vice president and CIO.
Mr. Popowycz joins Health First from Fidelity Investments, where he served as vice president of enterprise information security. He also led several national intelligence and IT initiatives with the Air Force as an officer.
