HCA's TriStar Division in Brentwood, Tenn., selected Wes Fountain to serve as CFO.

1. Mr. Fountain most recently served as CFO at Methodist Healthcare System in San Antonio.
2. He has prior experience serving as CFO for St. David's Healthcare in Austin, Texas, and Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center in Panama City, Fla.
3. He has worked at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare for 25 years.
4. Mr. Fountain holds an MBA from Auburn (Ala.) University.
