Edison, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Health selected David Reis, PhD, to serve as executive vice president and CIO.
Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Reis assumed his role at Hackensack Meridian Health on Nov. 6.
2. He previously served as CIO at Burlington, Mass.-based Lahey Health.
3. Equipped with more than 20 years of IT experience, he has also worked at Philadelphia-based Thomas Jefferson University.
4. He earned his doctorate at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
