Franciscan Health System in Tacoma, Wash., has announced Donna Russell-Cook as president of St. Elizabeth Hospital in Enumclaw, Wash., effective April 30.
Ms. Russell-Cook has served as CEO of Oklahoma Heart Institute at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa since 2009. Prior to that, she served as administrator of the Heart Center at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.
