Excela Health, a three-hospital system in Greensburg, Pa., has named Carol Fox, MD, CMO, effective immediately.
Dr. Fox has been an active primary care physician in the Excela health system since 1990 and has held executive positions on interim bases. She also helped create Excela's hospital and system-wide physician advisory councils.
Dr. Fox is board certified in family medicine.
