Naperville, Ill.-based Edward-Elmhurst Health dropped 'interim' from CFO Denise Chamberlain's title.

1. Ms. Chamberlain, the organization's first female CFO, assumed the position on an interim basis in August.
2. She has prior experience serving as vice CFO and vice president of finance at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C., and CFO at Paradise Valley Hospital in Phoenix.
3. She is the author is "Money to Care: Hospital Finance for Non-Financial Hospital Leaders."
4. Ms. Chamberlain holds a master of arts degree in adult education and training from the University of Phoenix.
