HCA West Florida has selected Regina Temple, PhD, to serve as president and CEO Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in Hudson, Fla.
Dr. Temple most recently served as president of Mission Trial Baptist Hospital in San Antonio. She previously was COO of the Texas Group for San Antonio-based Baptist Health System and COO of North Central Baptist Hospital, also in San Antonio.
She has also served as vice president of operational integration for Sutter Health in Sacramento, Calif.
Dr. Temple is an examiner for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award, and she holds a doctorate from Minneapolis-based Walden University and a master's in public administration from the University of West Florida in Pensacola.
