The board of directors at Scotland County Hospital in Memphis, Mo., has named Randy Tobler, MD, CMO of the hospital, according to a Memphis Democrat report.
Dr. Tobler began his duties as CMO, a newly created position at the hospital, in late July. He has been on the hospital's medical staff since 2006.
