Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health Medical Group has named Lisa Kinsey Callaway, MD, its new chief medical officer, according to Sept. 2 reporting in The Grand Rapids Business Journal.
Dr. Kinsey Callaway served most recently as board chair and medical director for the hospitalist program at Trinity Health St. Mary's in Grand Rapids, Mich. Dr. Kinsey Callaway first joined Trinity Health in 2011.
Dr. Kinsey Callaway will start her new position Sept. 12.
"In her new role, Dr. Kinsey Callaway will lead and implement the clinical and quality direction of the medical group with a consistent focus on improved performance, provider engagement, provider wellness, patient experience and a safe environment," said Kristen Woods, MD, president of Trinity Health Medical Group.
