Lisa Colombo, DNP, RN, has been named interim president of Clinton (Mass.) Hospital, part of Worcester, Mass.-based UMass Memorial Health Care.
Here are four things to know about Dr. Colombo.
1. She will begin her tenure Nov. 1.
2. Dr. Colombo will replace Sheila Daly, who officially retires Dec. 31.
3. Most recently, she was senior vice president and CNO of Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Mass.
4. Previously, from 2009-13, she was corporate vice president for clinical operations and CNO of UMass Memorial HealthAlliance Hospital in Leominster and Fitchburg, Mass.
