Dignity Health's Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield, Calif., appointed Ken Keller president and CEO, effective Dec. 24, according to The Bakersfield Californian.
Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Keller most recently served as COO of the hospital.
2. He served as board chair of the American Heart Association.
3. Mr. Keller holds a master's degree in the executive program from the University of New Orleans.
4. He succeeds Jon Van Boening, who is leaving to take on a senior leadership role overseeing San Francisco-based Dignity Health's Central California service area.
