The Dayton (Ohio) Veterans Affairs Medical Center has named Robert Gauder as chief of quality management services, according to the Dayton Business Journal.
Prior to this recent appointment, Mr. Gauder worked as a nursing education coordinator for eight years at the Dayton VA, which is one of the largest hospitals in the region with 388 beds and more than $343 million in revenue in 2014. He also worked at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, where he focused on traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
Mr. Gauder replaces Lisa Durham, who retired June 30.
