Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital in Houston has named Collin LeMaistre COO, according to a report in Your Houston News.
Mr. LeMaistre, who joined the hospital on an interim basis in December, was previously the COO of Nacogdoches (Texas) Medical Center, according to the report.
