Allen Waldo, CEO of Cooper County Memorial Hospital in Boonville, Mo., announced his resignation, effective immediately, according to a Columbia Daily Tribune report.
Mr. Waldo's resignation is "personal," according to Mike Conway, chairman of the hospital's board of trustees.
