Jeremy Riney, CEO of Connally Memorial Medical Center in Floresville, Texas, plans to resign Oct. 26, according to a Wilson County News report.

2. The hospital did not reveal the reason for his departure.
3. Karl Hittle, CEO of New Braunfels, Texas-based management firm Endeavor Healthcare, will take over as interim CEO of the hospital. Endeavor manages Connally Memorial.
