Coliseum Northside Hospital in Macon, Ga., named Greg Caples CEO, according to a report by The Telegraph.
Here are five things to know:
1. Mr. Caples will assume his new role on Sept. 11.
2. He previously served as COO of Grand Strand Health in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
3. He has more than 25 years of work experience with Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America, Coliseum Northside Hospital's parent.
4. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
5. He holds an MBA from the University of Georgia in Athens.
