Macon, Ga.-based Coliseum Health System selected Elmer Polite to serve as CFO, according to a report by The Telegraph.
Here are three notes:
1. Mr. Polite most recently served as CFO at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.
2. He has been with Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems for nine years. CHS is the parent company of East Georgia Regional Medical Center.
3. In his new role, Mr. Polite will provide leadership for the health system's financial affairs.
