1. Mr. Taylor most recently served as the principal for CIRRA, a healthcare consulting firm.
2. He previously served as president and CEO of Carolinas Healthcare System Stanly in Albemarle, N.C.
3. He replaces Byron Quinton, who is retiring.
4. The hospital is conducting a national search for a permanent CEO.
