Christus Southeast Texas Health System in Beaumont has appointed Kevin Parsley chief operating officer.
Mr. Parsley, who started his new role in October, has been with the Southeast Texas ministry for 28 years. He has served in multiple leadership positions for the health system, including roles in strategic planning, business development, operations, managed care and physician engagement.
Most recently, he served as regional vice president of provider strategy, integration and business development.
He was instrumental in leading some of the system's most important growth projects, including the othopedic specialty center, two emergency hospitals, a freestanding cancer center as well as physician network development and recruitment.
Mr. Parsley is a Southeast Texas native and has an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
