Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, based in St. Paul and Minneapolis, has named K. Alec Mahmood as CFO, effective July 15.
Mr. Mahmood will replace Jerry Massman, who is retiring after serving as Children's CFO for the past 18 years.
Previously, Mr. Mahmood served as CFO of HealthMarkets, a health insurance company based in North Richland Hills, Texas, and has more than 20 years of experience with hospitals, physicians and payers.
