Kristopher Kitz has left his role as chief strategy officer of TMC Health, a four-hospital system in Tucson, Ariz.
Now, Mr. Kitz will serve as CEO of three related entities also based in Tucson, he told Becker's: Eye Associates of Tucson, Wyatt Surgery Center and Tucson Ambulatory Anesthesia.
TMC Health has not instituted a replacement, according to its executive team webpage.
