Certive, a provider of healthcare revenue cycle management solutions, appointed Robert Kang as director of finance and regulatory compliance.
Here are three things to know about Mr. Kang.
1. Prior to the appointment, Mr. Kang offered outsourced regulatory compliance and financial consulting services to Certive, according to a news release.
2. He also previously was director of listings for the TSX Venture Exchange, a Canadian stock exchange.
3. In his new role at Certive, he will focus on compliance, filings and financial administration.
